How do I create an appointment?

To create appointments you need to fill out an “Appointment Form” and set your Schedule. Learn more about filling the form.

Follow the notification message that appears when you sign in to missed.com.

Browser

Service providers can create an appointment in the Booking section: 

1. Either directly by clicking on the time slot

2. Or click on the “Create Appointment'' button on the top right-hand side.

3. Or click the plus sign along with a “Booking” section in the Dashboard.

4. Once you’ve done with one of the options, the Create Appointment form will appear on the screen. Fill out the form and click “Submit”. Your client will get an invitation email.

5. You can invite your customer either “By email” or “By name”. To invite customers “By name”, you should first add them to your Customers list. Learn more about adding customers.

Mobile

To create appointments you need to fill out an “Appointment Form” and set your Schedule. Learn more about filling the form.

Follow the notification message that appears when you sign in to missed.com.

                                           

To create an appointment on a mobile app, click on the  “+” button below and select “Create Appointment”. Fill out the form, click on the “Add Participants” to invite your customer to the appointment. Once you click the button, you will be taken to the participants’ list. If you cannot find your customer in the list, you should add them to the Customer list. Learn more about adding customers to the list.
